Bus On Fire In Transport Agency In Bamenda

Shock and consternation is still the order of the day in Bamenda after a bus went off in flames at a travel agency in Bamenda, war ravaged North West Region of Cameroon Thursday October 27,2022 in the evening hours.

We gathered from witnesses who did not want to be named that the said bus packed at the agency located at Food Market road around Small Mankon called Nso Boys suddenly went up in flames.


Persons Trying To Put Out The Flames

It is not clear if the agency was visited by arsonists or what happened there was just an accident. Only investigtions will unravel the mystry behind the fire incident at Nso Boys.

Sama Hilda  By Raymond Dingana Sama Hilda, business woman, and a mother of two was kidnapped near her Mile 6 residence on Tuesday, September 24, just one day after a two-week lockdown imposed by non-state armed groups seeking to reclaim what they claim is the lost sovereignty of a country they call Ambazonia. According to investigations conducted by a team of Drayinfos reporters, Sama Hilda maintained communication with her husband and other family members while in captivity. The armed men opened these communication channels, demanding a ransom of over 2 million FCFA.   Late Dr Bongka Vivian  By Raymond Dingana Bongka Vivian, after a courageous battle for her life, has taken her last breath. She joined the heavenly choir on Monday, October 28, 2024, in Douala. Bongka Vivian was the Head of the Department (HOD) of Bilingual Letters at the Higher Teachers Training College (HTTC) of the University of Bamenda. She was a victim of an acid attack perpetrated by her husband. Her last journey on planet earth began on Saturday, October 12, 2024, when her husband, Ebai Elias, poured acid on her at the Alahlieh neighborhood in Nkwen, Bamenda III council area before taking his own life by drinking some of it, and died on the spot. Vivian had previously taken a break from her marital home due to her husband's abusive behavior.   Sylvester Madu After The Incident   By Raymond Dingana Several persons have been confirmed dead and many others seriously wounded after gunmen opened fire at a popular drinking spot at the Mile 3 neighborhood in the crisis battered Bamenda in the North West Region of Cameroon.
