During her defense, Tamon emphasized the need to promote Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), highlighting its potential as a significant source of employment for young people.
She defined Multi-Level Marketing as a strategy involving a network of distributors who earn income through direct sales of products and by recruiting new distributors. This model allows participants to earn commissions not only from their own sales but also from the sales made by individuals they recruit, creating multiple levels of compensation.

Tamon further recommended that MLM Level be taught in schools due to its numerous benefits.
"The government should introduce Multi-Level Marketing in schools because it would significantly contribute to job creation for young people and make them valuable not only to themselves but also to the community,"
She stated.
To ensure that MLM achieves its intended impact, Tamon suggested that
"the government should intervene in the platform and ensure that bad actors are rooted out so that legitimate participants can reap the maximum benefits from it."
However, she also noted that while Multi-Level Marketing can be a viable business opportunity for some, it requires careful consideration and research before participation.
